When will my order arrive?
It takes us about 3 days to process, make and ship your puzzle. Shipping takes about 7-10 business days but may arrive sooner.
Return & Refund policy
Because each puzzle is custom-made using your uploaded image, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. Please review your photo carefully before submitting your order.
We will, however, replace or refund any puzzle that arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces. Should that happen, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and we will do our very best to help out!

For the best print quality, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo - at least 2500 pixels on the longest side. This ensures your puzzle looks sharp and vibrant when printed.

Does it come with an image reference or guide?
Yes — your product includes both the box cover photo and an extra printed reference image inside for easier assembly and display.

Unfortunately not! To ensure that we get each order right, we ask customers to submit only one order with one image at a time.
